Since launching the band in 2003, Norman’s vision has guided it from a high-energy local favorite to a fixture in Northern California’s music scene. With an ear for excellence and a knack for assembling top-tier talent, Norman has built more than just a band—he’s built a musical family.

Anthony Conlon

Anthony's journey with Norman & The Boyz began back in 2003, when he first performed alongside Norman as a trombonist. His extraordinary musical instincts quickly became clear, and it wasn’t long before he mastered the keyboards with effortless grace. Today, Anthony stands out as one of the most in-demand musicians in Northern California, known for his versatility, innovation, and undeniable stage presence. His contributions to the band’s sound are both foundational and inspired—blending technical brilliance with deep musical soul.
